What you should know before buying a Word Factory Design Vinyl Decal.
To make our wall decals we use high quality removable vinyl made in the USA. You will receive one decal as shown in the picture. It comes on ready to apply, pre-spaced application tape and includes easy to use application directions. Peel and stick decals do not come with transfer tape.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The vinyl decals are computer die cut, removing the background leaving just the vinyl quote for installation. Decals are made with top of the line name brand Oracal 631(Indoor) or Oracal 651 (Outdoor). Decals are removable, but they are not reusable. Think of it like a band-aid; once you take it off it is not sticky enough to reuse.
DISCLAIMER
-Your decal should be applied to a clean, dry surface. Vinyl decals will not stick well to wall surfaces painted with Teflon, stain guard or low VOC paints. Order with caution if your walls are painted with these paints! If you are unsure about how the decal will stick to your wall/surface, please message us about purchasing a test decal or sample pack before placing your order.
-Because all of our decals are custom made with your choice of color, size and personalization, we cannot accept returns.

Choose from any of our 28 beautiful colors. Please reference the color chart in the listing pictures to see an example of the colors offered. Colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions.

SHIPPING/HANDLING
Ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Most items are shipped USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. We know it can be easy to get anxious while waiting for a package that you have ordered online. All of our orders have Delivery Confirmation, NOT tracking, which means that unless the package is scanned at delivery stops along the way there is no update on the status until the package is physically delivered to you. Usually the post office does "courtesy scans" along the way but it is not required of them. With that said, IF your package does not arrive within 2 weeks, please alert us, we will send a replacement and file a claim with the post office on your behalf. One exception, if an item is marked delivered we can no longer step in and item/s will be assumed delivered.
